Use the calorie counter below to figure out the calories in a particular meal and items consumed. In the top right you can click on settings to fill in your particular weight, gender, etc. Then click on the meal, and add each item. You can add main course, side items, drinks, and desserts. Once you come up with your total, be sure to write it down. If you want to do another or different meal, click on the reset right below the settings in the upper right corner.
