You need to have your javascript enabled to use the calculators below.

Use the calorie counter below to figure out the calories in a particular meal and items consumed. In the top right you can click on settings to fill in your particular weight, gender, etc. Then click on the meal, and add each item. You can add main course, side items, drinks, and desserts.

Once you come up with your total, be sure to write it down. If you want to do another or different meal, click on the reset right below the settings in the upper right corner.

Use this to calculate future meals, or even plan your meals for the week. It's not exact but will give you a close enough number to track your calories for many different common meals.

If you want to print out the results instead of writing them down, just right click anywhere on the web page and select print. The entire page will print but you will get your calorie count too.

We also have a desktop application that computes your ideal weight based on gender and height. We tried to get it to run in javascript like the two above but just couldn't make it work right.
