All Diet Plans Do Not Work For Everyone!
Diets That Succeed
For You Are Based On Your Body,
Lifestyle, Goals, and Condition!!!
If you're looking for a good way to start losing
some weight, or even a lot of weight, there are many possible diet plans. Let me say right off the get go that I am no expert in nutrition, exercise, or diets in general. And how to lose weight diet plans are easy to find and the choices are endless.
So the trick is finding what works for you. Based on your needs, physical condition, how much weight
you want (or need) to lose, and even your lifestyle. So you may have to try more than one method. You also want to insure that any weight loss program you try will not only reduce the fat intake but also
increase fat burning that you actually lose weight.
Sure, there are some basics that can be effective no matter who you are or what your goals. Lower your caloric intake and increase your calorie burn rate with some form of exercise. Very basic strategy but also very difficult to sustain over a long period without a good diet plan to
kick start your diet.
One area often overlooked by many people looking for a good way to lose weight and get healthy is attitude. Like anything worth achieving, you need to motivate yourself and have realistic goals. Quick fixes may work but are difficult, if not impossible, to maintain over a long period of time.
We are all individuals with different goals, body type, living style, etc. I wanted to drop about 30 pounds I had gained over the past few years. I knew I needed both an attitude adjustment and also develop some healthier eating habits on any diet I found. So any diet plan I chose had to include a healthy
eating habits that I could develop for a long term result.
I had gained the weight at the rate of about 3-5 pounds a year for the past few years. Part of it was eating too much and probably part due to the fact that I also like a glass of wine (or two) with dinner. Then add to the mix sitting at a desk all day and not exercising much and it was the perfect scenario for weight
gain.
I've learned a lot over the past year, in my search for a way to lose some weight and get into better physical shape. I have a book shelf full of different diet books that I've read and tried. I am also a skeptic at heart and until I saw personal results, I didn't believe anything I read or
tried.
I thought I would share some of
my experiences and offer some recommendations. Like I said before,
I'm no expert but I've tried a lot of different diets and can give
some good feedback on what worked and what didn't.
